Make-up lessons

Make-up lessons can sometimes be a bit tricky to get right, so I thought I'd quickly clarify how it works at Mrs T's Tutes.

Our policy is designed to be both fair and flexible. If you need to miss a session, we ask for at least 12 hours' notice. When notice is given, a make-up credit is added to your account, which can then be used within 70 days. The easiest way to manage this, including booking make-ups, is through the Parent Portal.

As sessions are carefully planned and prepared for each student, I'm not able to offer make-up credits for missed lessons without notice. We also cap make-up credits at two per term to keep things manageable and ensure availability for all families.

I completely understand that unexpected situations can arise, so please don't hesitate to reach out if attendance ever becomes difficult – I'm always happy to discuss individual circumstances.
